Juggling Multiple Roles 🤹🏽
As a consultant and one who is customer-centric, I often assume multiple roles within an organization, including a technical product manager, a solution architect, a technical program manager, and a digital transformation specialist. This may seem like a lot to juggle, but it's actually a great opportunity to assist in many ways and to use my talents to pick up technology rapidly and collaborate effectively with others.
My ability to play multiple roles also gives me a unique perspective on the client's business. I see how different departments and functions work together, and I can identify areas where improvement is needed. I can also help the client to break down silos and to create a more collaborative culture.
