One of the skills I’m most proud of is my ability to work quickly and efficiently on multiple products and projects.

Whether I’m writing software requirements, documentation, or explainers, I use Amplenote and AI to make my writing process easier and more efficient.

✍🏼 I use Amplenote to capture my ideas in Jots, which are quick notes that help me clear my mind and organize my thoughts.

🧘🏾 This brings me peace and serenity.

🧠 The Amplenote Jots are inline with the way I want to capture my random synaptic misfires.

A sample Jot: “I’m thinking about writing a post on how to work more efficiently with Amplenote and AI. This has been a game-changer for me, and people comment on how I can take on multiple tasks quickly.”

📝 When I’m ready to write, I create a new Note with a generic title like “LinkedIn post 31-AUG-2023” and update it later.

I draft paragraphs, then use AI tools like Bing to check and improve my grammar and style. I don’t rely on AI to write for me, but rather to enhance my writing.

🎁 Find a system that works for you, but don’t spend too much time researching and trying out different tools.

👾 Remember that your prime directive is to get work done, but hopefully this inspires you to try something different.
